About Our Products Thread & Touch products are handmade using natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. As natural materials, slight variations in colour, size, and shape are expected and are not considered defects. Product photos are a close representation but may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of purchase.

Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product photos, designs, logos, and text — is owned by Thread & Touch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Thread & Touch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
