Each piece at Thread & Touch is handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 days for preparation before your order is dispatched.

New Zealand Shipping fee: NZD$6. Free shipping on orders over NZD$88. Free local pick-up is available in Auckland.

Australia Shipping fee: NZD$15. Free shipping on orders over NZD$150.

Other International Destinations For shipping outside New Zealand and Australia, please contact us before ordering to arrange delivery.

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged and ready for gifting.
